The staff was always welcoming, smiling, helpful and professional. They were flexible with check-in and check-out hours. The restaurant had a great breakfast buffet.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Thank you Duca and Lalaina for accommodating my requests and making my stay comfortable. Food was exceptional albeit limited breakfast buffet. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good shower pressure. Very good location and access to other restaurants and the city center. I felt safe there as a solo traveller.
