Everything was good. Minor problem's in the villa, but nothing major. We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff in the reception.

The location is super, very quite street which means you can sleep, but also 1 street away from the action, pubs and a 2min walk from the old town. The place was super clean and modern

The owner (& staff) was Always friendly & helpful! The owner works very hard & nothing is 'too much' to help his guests, and even though he was always busy he still showed patience with me trying to use/practice the Turkish language. The food was very tasteful. I especially enjoyed the bathtub (=not a bubblebath) on the balcony to keep cool during the incredibly hot days (end of June). The hotel uses "waterpurifiers", so the water in the hotelroom is drinkable.

Centrally located within the old town with lots of restaurants nearby. Lively location and close to kooniyalti beach within 10mins proximity. Staffs are very homely and friendly especially Turkan the receptionist
