Very nice apartment - spotlessly clean, lots of air and light, and furniture and appliances of the highest quality. The sleeper couch was comfortable and easy to fold up and down, and the good linen appreciated. The location works well - 150 m outside of the Old Town making it easy to reach everything yet a quiet and calm area. Interaction with the host was easy, and the e-Info booklet contained relevant information.

Location to old town and parking on site. Unit was well set up, good kitchen, sofa bed was fine and comfortable as a couch too. Good bathroom. Generally peaceful on ground floor. The concierge sends info prior and checks in too. Car arrival: park quickly in street, use building code, go to designated mailbox, use torch to see lockbox, use provided code to get get unit keys. Sounds complicated but easy once you are there. Park in either of 2 outside carparks in complex using parking beeper from Unit. Good place to stay.

Very clean and cosy apartment. It has everything u need. Very close to restaurants bars and shops. Our stay was beyond our expectations.

The location of the property was superb - very close to the centre. It had everything you need for a short stay, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Laurene was on hand if needed for any questions and the information sent prior was very informative. Highly recommend this property for a stay in stunning Annecy
