The location is great - it’s close to the old town and the lake, but also located at a quiet part of the city. Laurene was responsive and helpful and contactable at all times. Sufficient amenities (more than enough clean towels). We got an early check-in.

Spacious two bedroom unit with well equipped kitchen, washing machine, three beds. Quiet location on pedestrian street, 15 minute walk from the park, beach, old town, and bus-train station. Annecy is a wonderful city to visit and this is a good choice of accommodation.

Visited Annecy with three friends and this was an ideal apartment for a small group. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Felt like it was in a safe area. Excellent location for exploring the town. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return in future.

The property was centrally located and just a 10 minute walk from the station. The communication between ourselves and Laurène was clear and any queries were answered right away. Ideal spot to explore the town of Annecy. Well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking. 😊
