A nice, quiet location but easy walking distance to the beautiful lake, neighbourhood shops & restaurants. Lovely furnishings & the air con was very welcome.

We had a fabulous stay. Great location. Parked the car and walked or used the bus. Easy access to the old town whilst away from busy tourist hub. Great local shops deli, fishmongers bakery short walk away Would recommend and stay again

The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and cozy, the design of the rooms are very nice. The guest was super supportive to help us during the check-in and check out activities. The location of the apartment is perfect for our business activities during MIFA / Annecy Film festival, close to the Imperial, and also to the center of the town (old city). Another important note, we slept very well, outside the temperature was very hot, but in house was super fresh without using the air conditioning system. Very useful the dedicated parking for the car, thanks a lot!
