Nicolas was very welcoming showing us around the property when we arrived. Let us park the car in a private garage on early arrival and let us know when the apartment was ready. Apartment was modern with great powerful shower, good air con, very comfortable clean beds. Lived the sunny mornings on the balcony overlooking the neighbouring hotel pool, lake and mountains. Bliss. Had everything you would need to cook, but who would with the local food! Great walking location to restaurants and bars. Stock up on essentials for the fridge as there are no large shops nearby if you want drinks and snacks. We lived our stay here. Just perfect.

The property is excellent in all aspects. It has everything you need and spotless! It has modern design but very cosy, the space is huge and perfect for group of friends or family. The concierge Nicolas is very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great experience in Annecy!
