We booked this hotel because we extended our trip in annecy so it was a last minute booking for us. The people at reception were nice, they let us check in early( we had in advance requested for early check in to which they had said it is on availability on the day) The hotel does not have a lift and our room was on top floor ( they did offer to help with the luggage) but we didn't take it as we both are young people ( but I guess we should have taken the help). The rooms were very small but were clean. As mention we were given a room on top floor so near the bed it was slopping roof and low too one side and since I am the shorter one between me and my husband, I took that side but in our 2 night stay I bumped head a few times in night, the room had no fan or ac so that was kind of bummer too. But other then that that the bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the hotel which takes you to the center and there are restaurants and shopping place near by too.

Very friendly and helpful staff and quite a good breakfast; in addition we were very pleased with the secure parking. The room was a bit basic but perfectly adequate.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast good - breads, cheese, meats, yoghourts, jams etc.
