We enjoyed a pleasant stay in a cozy apartment on the first floor of the house, within a convenient location, not far from the lake Annecy and the city center. There is a really well-equipped kitchen and a balcony with a nice view. Parking in a closed area is a plus.

The apartment was spacious plenty of light and comfortable. The bedrooms were both of a good size and it was nice and warm as we stayed in October. The shower was spacious and had good pressure. The location was quiet and you had lovely views and a spacious balcony. It was great value.
