Excellent location close to the lake and a very nice beach. The appartment was very nice inside in a very well organized complex which was also close to the city centre. Very nice and welcoming host. Parking also a big plus if you have a car.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. Location - perfect ! Our hostess Fabienne was kind and helpful, we recommend!

Lovely apartment located very close to the lake and the old town. The apartment is new and clean, has everything you need for an active holiday. Fabienne, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly come back next time we come to Annecy!

Great location in a very comfortable apartment. It’s a recent build and everything is new. Very secure. We got soaked on the 1st day and the washer/dryer came in very useful. Added bonus was a lockable underground garage.
