Good location,washing machine ,loads of places to eat,short walk to old town,free parking,comfortable beds lovely market on a Sunday Lake was so beautiful

A cosy apartment within 10mins walk of the central train station. It is fairly spacious, and the hosts Olivier and Alexis were very helpful. Despite being along a busy road and near the train station, it was comfortable and quiet at night. The apartment is also very secure.

The property was clean and had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the centre of Annecy and we will definitely be staying again! Very secure with underground parking for the car and only accessible to those who stayed there.

Cleanliness , private parking , well stocked kitchen and Netflix . The apartment was warm as we stayed in December and the location was pretty good .
