Kindly note noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 22:00.Smoking is prohibited inside the building.Guests are required to leave the accommodation as clean as found upon arrival.Please note that there are two free places to the right of the entrance of the building but very often taken, the other possibility to park for free is rue des usines, 6 minutes walk passing under the railway station, 9 by bypassing it. There is an underground paid parking at 50 meters and paid parking spaces in the street.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The studio is very well located. The place is cozy, comfortable for a couple, decorated with attention to detail, kitchen with good equipment, hot water working perfectly, good sized bathroom, good shower. The managment left madelaines and a map for us, witch was very nice.

Loved the studio apartment, the kitchen was very well equiped. The location of the apartment is very good and the host was very helpful and available at all times. The flat was very clean. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and nice.

The property was walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Annecy. It was very close to the train and bus station but was also very quiet. The property was neat and clean and the owner responded very quickly to any of our questions. It had everything we needed for our stay including a little welcome pack. We would definitely recommend this property.
