If there is a place that correspond to all requests, has all possible services and amenities, as comfortable as your own house - it's definitely this small Quinta on Terceira island. I lived absolutely everything about it: excellent communication with owners, perfect location, cleanness, design, aesthetic, quietness... Absolutely a place to return!

This is a lovely property. The rooms and bathrooms are incredibly clean, comfortable and modern. The communal spaces are excellent too - the kitchen is well-equipped kitchen (with tea and coffee for the morning), there is a spacious garden with benches and lawn space, and a comfortable living room with very helpful guides and leaflets about the island provided. There is lots of on-road parking at the front too. There is a supermarket and ATM close by. The drive into town is just 5 minutes. Self check-in was also very easy.

Everything was as promised. Very clean and comfortable rooms with clean ensuites, easy check- in and check-out, free and easy parking right outside the door. Easy to contact the landlord who was available to help.

-very clean, comfortable, renovated -the kitchen area is very useful and beautiful -outside the apartment is very relaxing and beautiful too -we always had parking available outside the property
