ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted in the property subject to payment to be made on site.The pet supplement is 9€ per animal and per day.The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., for an arrival after 10 p.m., customers must call us on the day of arrival to let us know, a card distributor allows you to check in after 10 p.m. but it is mandatory to have a credit card.Customers who wish to book a PMR room must call us to specify this.The hotel reception has just been renovated and the rooms for 4 and 6 people are new, built in 2024.In addition to paper ANCV checks, we accept: dematerialized ANCV checks, Kadeos checks, Cadhoc checks and Tir Groupé checks.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location good,near Biaritz and Bayonne,about 20min bus/car. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.Beds were comfortable.Overall room was clean.

Nice clean hotel rooms, not noisy. We stayed here for the Fete de Bayonne, and the bus stop is 1 minute walk that takes you to the city center. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy free parking.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing staff! Beer tap in the lounge with ok prices for a beer. Good breakfast with a lot to choose from.
