The staff is very kind and friendly. The breakfast is ok. The hotel's parking lot is usually full and you need to look for a parking space nearby. Staff is helpful when it comes to finding it, and if you use car everyday to go on trips, it may even be cheaper than the hotel option.

Everything except the ask of 16E for parking!! Why? When you have Parking, it would have been great to allow it to be used for a night, Afterall, traveling on a motorcycle, the least we want is a safe place to park the MC and 16E was quite atrocious! However, thanks to the Receptionist for guiding to free park zones and telling me that Andorra is a safe place with 1 cop for every 4 citizens!!!!

This hotel was exceptional in all aspects of our stay the staff were great, the rooms were basic but spacious ,the buffet breakfast and dinner had loads of variety to keep everyone in our party happy, as a travelling party of 5 with motorcycle we had secure closed parking and we could come and go as we pleased and it was the perfect location for everything, and the shopping district was about 10 min walk from this hotel
