Please note:Cash payment is not possible at the hotel.The credit card used for the booking should be shown upon check-in.It is not possible to make a reservation for parking facilities. The surcharge for private parking is EUR 27,50 per day or EUR 4,50 per hour, and price for rent a bike per 18,00eur per day.The total amount of the reservation may be pre-authorized any time after booking.The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment system. For non-refundable bookings, this will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged 24 hours before arrival.Your room will be cleaned every second day.Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.- Don't forget we are a cash-free hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed big and comfortable, and with all the necessary to make coffee or tea. The staff super friendly. They very kindly proposed me to move from the second facility (where I was staying at the beginning) to to the main building, because lift was not working there. I really appreciated that. They cleaned my room every day, even the one day I left it only in the afternoon...I thought I would have missed it, but when I got back room was done. Location is a little far from the city center, but nevertheless pretty handy, being next to Metro station Van Galenstraat and just two stops away from Sloterdijk Train station, where you can take trains for every destination.

We really loved the modern, progressive way of the whole place. The common areas were user-friendly, cash-less and supporting. The location is great, the underground station is just around the corner, the metro goes frequently, within few minutes you can be at the Central Station. It is a quitter, yet not very distant area of Amsterdam.

We really liked our stay at the hotel. If we were'nt that shy, we would have also used the public areas and got to know people, because there it was really cozy too. Everyone was really nice,..
