Please note that the beds are not made, except for Comfort Double Rooms, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival.Towels are only included in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming, the location is great at a quiet street well connected by public transport. The premises are spacious, the rooms have giant ceilings and don't feel cramped. Everything was clean and mostly working as intended.

I travelled a lot in Europe country and I like a hostel that include a toilet and a bathroom in a room. They were clean and big space for shower. They have a big lobby and a cafe on a ground floor. Very big space in a lobby and you can sit everywhere and it is comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing, really worth the 10 euro price. The staff was respectful and always ready to help. The location was great, about 45 min of walking to get to the city center and this was great since Amsterdam is a beautiful place with a lot of road walks. The room was nice, it was comfy and had everything one needs to feel well in a foreign place.

Comfortable staff full knowledge about what you ask about which to me was great. Transport was there it was my first time in the city and it was recommended by a friend of mine who stayed there before.
