Close to the city centre, with a nearby tram stop that gets you to Amsterdam Centraal station. Surrounded by all kinds of services. Quaint old building. Clean.

The bed was very big, we had the room downstairs 1, it was a good room because of the location and the fact we didnt have to climb ub all the stairs. The room was also very big and the shower looked clean and nice.

As a budget hotel, the location was good, we could walk into the centre easily, the neighbourhood felt safe, the staff were friendly and kind, and the bed was clean. We asked for extra blankets, which unfortunately weren’t available, but we were warm enough as the double bed was two singles pushed together, so we gently rolled into each other a lot! We came away with no real complaints, so overall it was definitely worth the price, and if we wanted a cheap(er) stay in the city we would return.
