The fine print
When booking 8 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Cancellation policy 8 rooms or more,
- 10% non – refundable deposit and holding fee is required on the stage of confirmation.
- Cancellation one year or more before start date: 10%
- Cancellation between one year and 6 months before start date: 25%
- Cancellation between 6 and 3 months before start date; 50%
- Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date; 75%
- Cancellation between 2 months and day of arrival: 100%Deposit policy 8 rooms or more;
- At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as guarantee of the booking which can be authorised prior to arrival.
- At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to arrival of the first guest. The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as followed;
- 30% of the total booking value required at confirmation of the booking which of 10% is non-refundable deposit.
- 50% of the total booking value required 3 months prior to arrival
- The remaining 50% of the total booking value required 1 month prior to arrival
- Any incidentals to be charged upon departureDogs up to 6 kg are welcome in your Luxury Room, the Living area, and Spring Café Brasserie. Max. 1 dog per room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The hotel was fine for a short stay. It was clean and functional, but nothing stood out in terms of atmosphere or service. Overall, an ordinary experience without any particular highlights.
