Great location to all the sights we really enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly rooms good , the good thing about the location is that the taxis can access the hotel easily and you are opposite the station as well .

Accomodating staff, clean room, great breakfast buffet, walking distance to stores and museums. Also - we didnt get our luggage at the airport, and when we were visibly nervous about if we were to get our suitcases at all, the staff called when we were out, to let us know they had been delivered - and even put the luggage in our room. SO appreciated by two stressed out tourists.

The staff were super helpful and moved us to an accessible room, which was a great help. They also delivered us a sweet treat to celebrate my child's birthday, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is right by Centraal Station, and there is also a Metro station just outside, so it is a great hub for getting around Amsterdam and back to the airport, etc.
