Great location, very central and the tram stop is just outside. (Picture is the view from my window - superior room with a view) I found the staff to be friendly and when I had an issue in my room they sent someone up within 5 minutes to help get it fixed. I found the room to be comfortable, plenty of space and AC (superior room), a closet if you wish to hang up clothes, amenities such as towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, hairdryer, etc.

Good central location with train station nearby and lots of shops and bars. The staff were polite and the hotel was pleasant for the price.

Clean, big room, polite stuff, helped us in whatever we asked! Close to tram station and everything was in distance we could walk!!! Never used buses or tram or the metro, except from and to the airport!!! Very comfortable matressess and a bonus touch with the earbuds, facemask and pillowsprey!!!
