Genuinely helpful staff, starting with checkin. Nothing was too hard for the concierge as well. Very personable and knowledgeable staff like Gioacchino and Federico. Easy walk to Centrale trains and buses. Great variety of breakfast choices.

The hotel is very close to city center and central station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and polite. I would definitely book again.

Perfect location right on the waterfront and excellent for getting to the cruise terminal. Our room was on the 20th floor with fantastic views and was large and spacious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again
