Stayed 9 nights in April in one of the apartments next to the canal before the red light district and apartment is walking distance, conveniently located from the Centraal station. We were greeted and assisted warmly in a friendly, relaxed and professional manner by staff from the entrance until we reach the apartment with elevator after a bit of walking. People loiter near the front door of apartment facing the canal most times but they are harmless. The entire apartment is spacious and well furnished, equipped, maintained and organised. Necessary furniture, equipment and other stuffs are available. Apartment looks newly renovated, has neat and clean furniture and tableware. The place is faultless to us as each detail such as placement of the large garbage bin, that's good to have, is well placed. Kitchen is well equipped. Requests and queries were answered professionally and efficiently through the phone. Check in and out were done smoothly and efficiently. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay, and might consider staying in their hotel room next time when visiting Amsterdam again.
