Credit cards are used only to a guarantee for your reservation.Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more different policies apply. In this case hotel reserves the right to ask a prepayment as a guarantee of the reservation. The prepayment amount is 50% of the total reservation value, acceptable by bank transfer only.Please note that such reservation will not be confirmed till the hotel receives the prepayment. In case of no-show for non refundable reservation, if no communication is conducted of guest arriving later than actual arrival date, hotel is not obliged to keep the room on hold longer than the actual arrival date/night.Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Location is great,close to Amsterdam Central & all other stuff like cruise,pubs,restaurants. Staff were sooo nice & helped with bags on arrival,got there wan hour before check in & they said it was ok. The room was surprisingly good for the money we paid,it’s sooo lovely,smart & just beautiful. You won’t regret staying here, Wooow thanks guys.
