My stay was great. I've asked for a quite room in the back. I booked a single room. They upgraded me to a cozy, quite and clean double room facing the back. Many thanks for that. The breakfast was simple but everything was fresh. The coffee was special. Made from an old stile italian coffee machine and served at request on the table. Delicious. The street, and surroudings are full of all kinds of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars and many more. The conection to Central Station is easy. The staff is super friendly, they are always there, with a smile, to help you. So, no down side at all. I would highly recommend The Larende Hotel

Hotel Larende didn’t feel like just a hotel — they welcomed us like family. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient: close to the airport and also near the tram line to get to the city center. You can even walk there in about half an hour. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, too. The breakfast was excellent. We’d especially like to thank the hotel owner Mr. Murat, as well as Mr. Ramazan, Ms. Asya, Mr. Kenan and all the other staff. We’re especially grateful for how warmly they supported us during a difficult time. If I ever come back to Amsterdam, I’ll definitely choose Hotel Larende again. We love you all. We won't forget your hospitality. Have a great day! :)

What an excellent hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice (and it was quiet, being at the back of the hotel) and everything was clean. The bathroom was much larger than average for this type of hotel/room, and the shower was great. The location was convenient for sightseeing, restaurants and food shops. The breakfast offered a good range of foods, relative to the size of the hotel. We had a great time there, and would definitely recommend the hotel. (The beds were comfortable, but some people might find them much too firm.)
