The fine print
An a la carte breakfast with choice of coffee, tea, milk and juice is available every morning from 8.00 am to 11.00 am.Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.In a single reservation when 5 rooms or more are booked, it is considered as a group reservation. In this case a pre-payment may be asked as a guarantee of the reservation, acceptable only by bank transfer. Credit card is not accepted for pre-payment. The hotel will contact the booker/guest with more details.Please note that Hotel CC may pre-authorize your credit card to guarantee your reservation.Some renovations are being performed outside the building, and therefore some scaffolding might be visible from your room window.Please note that the hotel does not have a breakfast room. Breakfast is served in another restaurant right next to the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location walked to everything. great value for money. Loved that you could buy little snacks from reception & the free tea & coffee. Staff were lovely & helped with any questions.View from room of canal was beautiful

The location is perfect right in the heart of the city 10 mins stroll from Centraal. Of particular note was the amazing friendly staff team. The room was exactly as described+ bonus extras, the free coffee and tea available at reception 24/7, the room service & air con. Not been to Amsterdam since 2008 , so many changes but all the important aspects remain. It's still a top destination. Overall reasonable value for a international city centre hotel.We enjoyed our short stay. Happy to recommend would book again . Thank you
