They allowed us to check in early and they gave us the famous cookies with chocolate chips and walnuts 🤩 breakfast was also included in our stay so it was good as well.

Perfect location for taking the ferry to central. Hotel Room was comfortable no complaints.The uprade to sea view was definitely worth it. Staff was great, very welcoming, communicative and helpful.

The staff was super friendly, and all "complaints" (only very small points) were handled immediately and professionally, without making excuses. The room was amazing, including the furniture, view and toilet/shower. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and was almost exactly as shown on the pictures.

We had a Queen room with river view which had floor to ceiling windows to catch lots of amazing colorful night & daytime Amsterdam views. Everything kept very clean and staff very welcoming and professional - and thank you for the cookies! 😀
