The QR-code provide access to the building and Studio or Suite.The QR-code is not valid before 15:00 on the check-in day, therefore luggage cannot be stored in the building.Please note that luggage cannot be stored.Check-in before the check-in time of 15.00 is not possible.Please note that there is no front office with staff at the property. However, the guests' room will be cleaned daily.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Rooms were basic but bed was comfy and air conditioning very welcomed Provided shower gel, shampoo and soap and other key items available if forgotten - toothbrush and toothpastes, shaving kit etc.. Not in the centre of Amsterdam but right opposite the zoo and 15-20min walk in or quick taxi ride Someone was available in the building everyday if any issues

Review cam 19 “+”… Spacious room, good mattress, coffee maker and fridge, good location. “-“… The window doesn't open, the shower column is incomplete, it's dark in the bathroom (you can't shave), the hood is broken, the staff is rude and aggressive (the bald man), the scanner at the entrance is beyond criticism… 6 is the maximum score that can be given to this location

The location was amazing and the room was very worth for its value. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.
