Please note that there are steep stairs in the building and there is no lift available.After making a non-refundable reservation, you will receive an email from the property requesting direct online payment by bank or with a credit card within 48 hours.Airport transfer to and from the hotel for up to 4 guests can be arranged at a surcharge.For group reservations we have separate conditions, including a 10% non-refundable deposit.Please note that the hotel is not suitable for groups of 10 persons or more.Please note that breakfast is included.Please note that only the guests that are stated on the booking confirmation are allowed in the rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Excellent location, friendly staff and quirky characterful rooms. Plus it's a great price for its location. The rooms with canal views are perfect for people watching with small Juliet balconies or small real ones. You feel like you're in the friendly bustle of the Grachtengordal, but from the comfort of your room!

Location, the view of the canal from chilling and breakfast rooms. Fairly quiet. Amazing staff and lovely entrance plus chilling area downstairs.

Room good. Location excellent. Breakfast was very good and even coming late, there were always full plates. Staff very friendly.
