Luay and Hamza were very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the city centre.

The people were lovely and breakfast was excellent. The beds were comfortable but the showers/ bathrooms were leaking and water everywhere. They moved us to a better room though but still poor bathroom but we got to use the balcony.

The location is very great. The staff were very wonderful and helpful. The building is old but very clean. I recommend it.

The staff was very welcoming 10/10. Always very happy to help. The hotel is a bit old but it is a good option for a cheap stay in Amman. The position in right in downtown, very busy traffic, however I always found parking easily. Good breakfast for a very honest price: 5 JOD for 2 people.
