I had a great stay! The reception guy, Issam, was extremely nice and helpful — he really made my stay very comfortable. The place itself is clean, well-kept, and located very close to the main tourist attractions, which made everything more convenien

We highly recommend this hotel 10* The man on reception was so lovely and very helpful. One of the days our air con wasn’t working properly and he came up straight away and sorted it for us, nothing is too much trouble. We ended up booking to stay here again for another 2 nights whilst exploring Jordan. He works very hard, and it pays off. Very spacious rooms. Nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay. Within walking distance to the main streets and old town, 20 minutes walk from the citadel.
