Lovely staff, rooms were simple but good, water, coffee and tea were provided, great location and breakfast is nice.

Staff were great- couldn’t do enough to help out. Breakfast was adequate- omelettes on demand (sadly I’m not a fan of eggs) and standard fare- fruit, yoghurt, cereal, manakish, olives etc.. Room was comfortable enough- lots of space. Great location to explore Amman and the Citadel.

Very lovely staff, the man at reception even came with me to show me where to park the car safely. Rooms are basic but have everything you need, I even got to chose which one I prefered. Breakfast was lovely and fresh.

Bassam at the reception desk was a great help! Enormously friendly, arranging a bagged breakfast as I had to leave very early to the airport and giving good advice on how to make the most of my stay. The location is also perfect if you want to be in downtown Amman and close to the Citadel.
