Convenient location. Lake Shore drive, Lake Merritt and major Oakland courthouse and government buildings nearby. Staff was courteous and helpful.

As in Oakland native I come here a lot when I need peace to relax. I like being around the lake Merritt area and I think it's a good idea to get a room in this area time to time it's very quiet here. The staff is very nice. I love getting a good night's sleep here.
