We went around in Spring. Rooms, Kitchens are very nice and well equipped. Toilets and Bathroom was very clean as well. Rooms were pretty warm, just requires a single heating. Instructions booklet has all relevant information for a comfortable stay. Location has amazing views, easy access to most of the top rated locations of the Lakes.

The location is amazing, 2 minutes from the centre. Balcony was ideal be it for the morning brew, enjoying the beautiful views or admiring the night skies. Comfortable rooms and nice bathroom, fair size kitchen for the size of the place.

Nicely furnished flat with an amazing view and just 50 steps from Ambleside shops. Well equipped kitchen and immaculate bathroom. Useful large porch area.
