Very spacious, all rooms were big, perfect for two couples and kids. The kids loved the loft room! Well equipped and beautifully setup. There were some previous negative comments re the alleyway and hot water but we had no issue with either.

We enjoyed our stay at Ambleside. The house was comfortable and clean, located in the center of the village. The possibility of parking at the football center was helpful. We had some issues with the Wiffi which was sorted out quickly by the host.

The accommodation was lovely set across 3 floors . The location was central for all amenities in Ambleside The kitchen was superbly equipped with plenty of crockery, especially important with the dishwasher . Plenty of equipment for making meals A lovely selection of games and jigsaws were there for our use

It was extremely tastefully and well-furnished. Parking was provided (albeit a short walk away). Pubs, shops and restaurants in immediate vicinity.
