The very beautiful interiors with lots of spaces to sit in comfort. Beautiful gardens and having a garden tour is very interesting. I stayed in the Lakehouse … just a gorgeous room with everything thought of. Food was excellent and is very fine dining. Staff were so good. Special thank you to Linda who made great suggestions.

The whole experience was well above expectations. The location is totally breath taking, especially Lake House where our room was located. It was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The food was excellent, served in a dining room with stunning views. The meals were tasty, imaginatively presented and well proportioned. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. We took advantage of a trip in the hotel's private launch round Lake Windermere with some fellow guests. A special shout out to the two crew members, who were friendly, informative and totally dedicated. A delightful couple of hours for all ! I am sure we will return.

The location of the hotel is breath-taking and so is the property itself. The food was also outstanding. The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make us feel at home.
