Lovely house with lake access and a large garden. The Lake room was perfect for my last night in Cumbria, clean, comfy, with a cozy seating area and views on the garden where I saw the badgers despite the rain. The property is partnered with a local pub for dinner and breakfast (you can get a discount if you show your room key). A great place to stay!

I came with my 83 year old mother in law. It was ideal to catch buses to Keswick and Ambleside. All on one level and she loved her bedroom which was the main bedroom.

We stayed in the penthouse the room was lovely couldnt of asked for better the views was unbeliveable would love to stay there again sometime 10/10
