Arrivals after 19:00 must be agreed in advance.Pets are only allowed in the Pet Friendly double rooms, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. These rooms are located on the ground floor at the rear of the main property.The King size room is on the ground floor.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

It was perfect for our 3-night stay in the Lake District. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including a kettle and teas. The bus station is literally a 2min walk. Keep in mind to bring your own toiletries as there was only hand soap.

Perfectly located. Good access into Ambleside. Clean room. Plenty of light from the two windows. Loads of storage space. There was even cutlery and crockery for use if you brought food or drink back. Very thoughtful.

Lovely room and right in the heart of Ambleside. Free parking was plus as we stayed for three nights. Room was spacious and clean. Rob was brilliant. Contactable and knowledgable about the local area. Really helpful.
