The garden and surrounding area were incredibly beautiful in the spring when we visited. I loved having my breakfast out in the garden and looking at the little birds that come. It's right by the river which is gorgeous to walk along. The cottage was spacious and comfortable for three people. The radiators kept it warm. Good nearby food options as well, the Talbot pub does great food, and Chesters is an amazing cafe just by the river. There is a bus stop nearby as well. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was perfectly as described. It was very clean and had all facilities we required for the short stay. The location was perfect to get around the lakes, and within a very short walking distance to the Talbot and Chesters by the river (we would recommend eating at both of these places). Also parking was easy; straight infront of the back door. We will be booking to stay again.
