Really enjoyed the views, and the walks very close by as well as the short drive to Ambleside. The home was lovely, and the log fire was great as used this every day afternoon and nighttime. Lovely refurbished bedroom, however the bed was a bit small length ways , not great when you are tall. Chesters cafe is a lovely place to visit , it is vegan, which was nice for a change. Also seen a deer and fox in the ground ,so be aware if you take dog.
