Lovely property in an excellent position, sadly we had no hot water in the two rooms we booked! Not a huge thing but when I mentioned it at reception they were very nonchalant.

We were absolutely stunned to find out that the room service put our hairy coo plush toy to bed when we were away, tucked in nice and cozy, as if it was asleep! :-) This was possibly the nicest and cutest experience with any hotel we've had so far!! Thank you! <3
