Lovely rooms and gardens. Immaculately kept. Pools were great and hotel lead onto beach. Breakfasts good and food quality was good Staff friendly and helpful Small and not overcrowded

We liked everything. The hotel grounds were so well kept-beautiful shrubs and trees. The food was excellent . The staff in all areas (cleaning/gardening/ maintanance and waiting at table)were smiling and always happy to help. The hotel provided a daily boat (free) to take us to the near by island where we found super snorkeling ,both coral and fish, by a short walk along the end of the beach..to the black looking rocks .Go left when you looked at the beach from the sea ! We were at the hotel for 7 nights and went to the island 3 times. The first 2 days we just relaxed by the beautiful pools whilst we recovered from the long flight from England.

The perfect place to end our 3.5 week trip around Madagascar... a little slice of paradise. Set on the beach facing west for the perfect spot to watch the sun set behind Nosy Sakatia. The bungalows are all set around the large double pool area in beautiful lush gardens. The room was huge, well decorated, very clean with very hot water in the shower. As we were friends travelling together we were given a room with two adjoining bedrooms so we didn't have to share a bed... which was just what we wanted. The food is Italian based and ever so tasty. Breakfast is very large - the food kept on coming - fruit, croissants, pancakes, eggs if wanted, tea/coffee, juices. Each meal we had was amazing made with fresh produce from the garden. We had orange cake for dessert one evening... possibly one of the best things I have ever tasted! The staff, although did not speak much english, were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were able to book all of our trips to the surrounding islands with our very helpful guest services rep - Rachid. Everything went very smoothly - nothing to fault. We loved our time in Loharano... and hope to visit again one day!
