Hilton Inn is reliable. My only observation is the small drop after COVID. This is totally understandable. My last stay was in 2017. I would stay again.

"We purchased a room with a free breakfast, and during the second breakfast, a restaurant employee suddenly asked us to pay for breakfast. We told her that we had booked a room with breakfast through booking, but it was still confusing. Finally, the manager appeared and said that he could waive the breakfast fee (Excuse me?I didn't need you to waive it because I already paid for breakfast).". I don't know where the communication between Booking and the hotel has gone wrong, but I have encountered for the first time the behavior of restaurant employees forcing customers to pay for their meals. This is very unreasonable and affects our mood. I won't choose this hotel for future trips. By the way, the mirror in the bathroom of the room looks like it will fall down at any moment, which is very dangerous ⚠️

The location was good as we were in town for birthday celebration. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet and she tried to be helpful with my room requests but housekeeping did not have any rooms clean on the same floor, so we were separated.
