The fine print

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and everything worked well. It’s not in a rural area and has a very convenient location, just steps away from 7-Eleven, CU, Mixue, and many other shops downstairs. As a group of women, we felt safe in the area, which was well-lit and seemed secure. Free parking was a big plus, and the overall environment was comfortable.

The hotel was nice. Room spacious because i booked family room but the cleanliness in the room are so and so. And banyk tahi cicak dekat area tingkap dan lantai. Bathroom n toilet also not really clean. We boiled the hot water and suddenly the kettle meletop and trip the whole room. I think hotel need to do something or thoroughly check all the electrical item before the gst check in to avoid something bad happened. Upon checkout Reception Staff also not friendly, no greeting and no magic word to the gst. The male staff was nice upon arrivalI. I stayed here so many times before but the old staff is not like this. They very politely and greet us very nice. Maybe management should sent the staff for customer service training. Thank you
