It was very comfortable and the AC was a life saver. First time I've stayed in a room with no window but it turned out not to be a problem due to the AC/Ventilation and the rooms with a window wouldn't have had a decent view in any case. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful.

I like all the details they provided at this hotel, which include complete toiletries (like a 5-star hotel), the quality of the towels, the decorations, and the furniture.

The breakfast is good and the location is nearby to shopping mall and main attraction such as menara alor setar and masjid zahir. And walkable to eatery restaurant. will repeat here with my kids.

Location excellent, right in city centre. room clean and quiet but rather small. Breakfast food simple, few varieties but taste quite good
