Beautiful room, very well done in Harry Potter theme! Nice and quiet too. Staff were very friendly, checking in and out was easy and at breakfast they checked twice that I didn't need anything cooked.

The decor of room 5 was amazing. The staff you have there are all so helpful and went over and above for us. The location is excellent and is right next to the castle which was a real bonus.
