Oscar was very accommodating and welcoming. Very affordable price with enough facilities. Reception opens from 7 or 8am to 12 midnight. Walkable distance to shops/supermarkets/bistro stop

We had a wonderful experience staying here in Almaty. The hotel is located at a very convenient distance from the railway station, and getting to the city centre was also quick and easy. Our host, Oscar, was extremely kind and helpful – he went above and beyond by even showing me and my friend Brian around the area. The rooms were very clean, and the property ensured a good supply of both hot and cold water at all times. The facilities were excellent – there’s a washing machine, a separate dryer, an ironing board, and a well-equipped kitchen, all available in the common area and very easy to access. Originally, we had planned to stay only for one night, but we ended up extending our stay for two more nights because we loved it so much. We would have stayed even longer if the property hadn’t been fully booked. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again! Tejal 🫶🏻
