Location - The property's location is quite convenient. Ascension Cathedral is just a 10-minute walk away, while the Panfilov monument and Green Bazar are even closer. Additionally, Jibek Jolly (Zbibek Zholly) street is just a 5-minute walk from here. If you need any basic necessities, there are two grocery shops on the ground floor (back side) of this building that you can easily access. Safety & Security - The room doors have number locks and they rotate the key for every new customer. But, the main gate and lobby are accessible to anyone and can be easily tailgated. Facilities - The facilities are decent and sufficient. The studio room comes with a bathroom, kitchen, hall, and a partitioned bedroom. The bedroom and hall have a sliding door partition.

Very nice and newly renovated unit in great location. Easy to walk around, close to Metro station, Green Bazaar, Park, museum etc. the host is super responsive, we were very grateful as my husband was sick for the whole time and the information the host provided was really prompt and helpful despite we couldn’t speak Russian at all. Definitely a super host!
