LOCATION! This is my second hotel in Almaty, and I wish I had stayed here in my entire stay in Almaty. The location is just so perfect. Centrally located in Almaty that if you go around the hotel, you'll find many shops, stores, and restaurants. The girl at the Front Desk (sorry, I forgot her name), was the sweetest person in the hotel. She'll help in all possible ways. Will surely stay here again soon!

It was close to the metro for sightseeing. We didn't get the room we asked for but you know thats not always possible. We checked in early for an agreed extra fee which was good after an over night flight. Some nice restaurants in the surrounding area.

The staff was very helpful, we were allowed an early check in which helped after a tiring flight. We were also given a very quiet room upon our request. The hotel has an excellent location next to a bus stop and supermarkets. The room was cleaned every day and it was very tidy.
