Please note that cable car ride tickets are not included. Guests can purchase tickets for cable car to get to the hotel for the amount of 3000 tenge (~ 7 USD) per person.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Breakfast served very late (start at 10am and finish at 12pm) Inconsistent water temperature. Room is a bit dusty (could be because of the fur blanket)

This is the best place to stay at, the property is brilliant with endless views. The bed and room are very comfortable. Clean bathroom with sauna. The staff are so polite and extremely helpful, especially Iyngkar the supervisor. Food is available until 4 pm on the same property and there are arrangements to descend to the lower station for dinner in the evening. Highly also recommend bringing some food of your own as well.
