- Convenient access by public transportation. Metro Baikonur station is just within 3mins by foot. Abay street is just within 3mins walk, we can go to most of the place within Almaty, incl. near-the-Airport, Sairan bus terminal, Mega-Park, Panfielov park, and more, from the bus stop there. - Breakfast buffet has various selection and I enjoyed Kazakh style breakfast such as Samsa from the morning. I hope every one of them are "kept hot". Apple was offered as an apple, not a cut pieces of apple which easily turns bruxed. - Shower facility is relatively new. Room is kept clean. - Going out and walking up the hill toward south, to the direction of Satbayev university and then Al Farabi street is also nice. Mountain view is great there. - Mid-scale shopping mall "Forum Almaty" is within 10 mins. walk to the south for Timiryazev street. Supermarket "Galmart", Cafe "Starbucks Coffee", Home appliances store "Technodorm" and restaurants reside inside. - Front staffs are flexible enough to support my stay in Almaty, and okay in English. I managed to get over some troubles thanks to their help! - Laundry service was available even at night time. It was helpful though I assume it may not be available all the time.

A very nice hotel . Nice staff and spotless . Lots of tours leave from outside the hotel. Juilia’s bar next to hotel is good and the location is good for wandering around.

Good location with a Baikurnor subway station and the Forum shopping mall (btw, a great food court) also where all the day tour bus start here.
